A new major milestone for the company and its employees, confirming the quality of the KONFORT 700 range, sold and appreciated by mechanics all over the world.
It’s a day of celebration at TEXA: the company has reached the milestone of 200,000 KONFORT Series 700 stations produced since 2011. This is an exceptional achievement in the garage equipment industry for a product line dedicated to vehicle air conditioning maintenance and recharging. Over the years, the KONFORT 700 line has become a global benchmark for robustness, efficiency, and reliability—qualities that have earned approval and recommendation from the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers. Today, the range includes 12 models and is divided into KONFORT and KONFORT TOUCH, depending on the type of display—either a standard keypad or a 7- or 10-inch touchscreen. The models work with the main refrigerant gases currently in use—R134a, R444a, R456a, R1234yf, and R744—and stand out for their advanced user interface, which allows for even simpler and faster interaction.
“The 200,000 KONFORT 700 units produced represent a great achievement,” said Bruno Vianello, President of TEXA, “which confirms our commitment and drive to innovate in the world of workshop equipment. It is also thanks to the success of these products that we decided to invest in a new facility of over 30,000 square meters, currently being built right next to our headquarters. It will also host the production of e-Fluid, another advanced solution for the maintenance of electric vehicle cooling systems, which we are currently manufacturing exclusively for the Volkswagen Group.”
The expansion of TEXA’s main headquarters follows the inauguration, in September 2023, of the e-Powertrain plant, also in Monastier di Treviso: more than 24,000 square meters dedicated to the production of sophisticated inverters, vehicle control units, and axial flux electric motors, which have been successfully applied in high-performance vehicles by Lamborghini and other prestigious car manufacturers protected by industrial secrecy.
The continued global success of TEXA’s products suggests a projected turnover for the current year exceeding 200 million euros, with over 70% coming from exports.
