TEXA celebrates the first seven years of its Turin headquarters

texa celebrates the first seven years of its turin headquarters

In the presence of President Bruno Vianello, the seven-year anniversary of the Turin headquarters of TEXA E-Powertrain was celebrated.
E-Powertrain is the division of TEXA dedicated to the design and production of advanced components for electric and hybrid vehicles, and boasts prestigious automotive clients such as Lamborghini and others protected by industrial confidentiality.

Its main headquarters is located in Monastier, in a brand-new 24,000-square-meter facility built near the general headquarters, where in special “clean rooms” the company manufactures axial flux electric motorsinverters, and vehicle control units.

At the same time, “technology hubs” have been opened in Italy’s two automotive capitals, Turin and Bologna, to be closer to the country’s leading car manufacturers.

In Turin, in particular, there is also an important collaboration with the University for the development of propulsion systems for the next generation of vehicles.

“I am very proud of the investment,” said President Bruno Vianello, “made in this city, which for decades was the capital of Italian automotive.
Over these seven years, thanks to the commitment and know-how of the people working here, together with those in Monastier and Bologna, we have designed successful propulsion systems, inverters, and vehicle control units.
I am pleased that TEXA is contributing by providing key components for prestigious hybrid vehicles such as Revuelto and Temerario, helping to defend the reputation of Italian industry.
As an enthusiast, I am saddened by how major Italian companies in the sector have been acquired by foreign entities, risking missing out on this major transformation.”
