EV CHARGING AND DIAGNOSIS: INTRODUCING E-DIAG CHARGER

To effectively address the new operational needs related to the management and maintenance of next-generation vehicles—whether electric, hybrid, or plug-in—TEXA has developed the E-DIAG CHARGER. This is an advanced mobile charging and diagnostic device that supports both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) charging, with DC capabilities up to 1000 V.

Among its many features, one of the most important is its innovative diagnostic capability, which allows for the assessment of the traction battery’s health and diagnostics of systems involved in the charging process. This is made possible by the NAVIGATOR NANO SERVICE diagnostic module, included as standard. Additionally, the workshop can generate a battery health certificate with just one click directly from the device—a particularly useful service for evaluating the residual value of the vehicle, considering the traction battery is one of its most expensive components.

The E-DIAG CHARGER is a reliable and versatile solution, easily adaptable to various operational scenarios. It can automatically adjust the charging power based on the capacity provided by the workshop’s electrical system.
