Diagnostics for secure gateway-protected vehicles: Nissan and Infiniti now available for Europe and Japan too

TEXA’s authenticated diagnostics service welcomes two new brands. Following North America, customers in the European and Japanese markets can now work fully and without restrictions on vehicles equipped with ECU protection systems.

TEXA’s commitment to enhancing the tools available to workshops never lets up, especially when it comes to secure gateway-protected vehicles. Starting today, customers subscribed to TEXPACK CAR in Europe and Japan who hold a myTEXA account can perform unrestricted diagnostics on Nissan and Infiniti models fitted with ECU protection systems.

The service, already active for the US market, now extends its coverage to two key geographic areas for these brands.

The integration journey already underway with FCA, Hyundai, Genesis, Iveco, KIA, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Renault/Dacia, the Volkswagen Group and Volvo now expands to include the renowned Japanese automaker and its luxury brand as well — the result of a direct and ongoing collaboration between TEXA and the manufacturers.

The activation process is quick and straightforward: within just a few minutes, users can set up their profile on myTEXA and complete digital identity verification. From that point on, the account grants full access to the entire range of TEXA services, including authenticated diagnostics for all enabled manufacturers.

“The addition of Nissan and Infiniti to our roster of supported brands,” says Igino De Lotto, TEXA Marketing Manager, “represents a further step in strengthening our authenticated diagnostics service for secure gateway vehicles. The goal remains the same: to make the work of independent workshops smoother and more efficient, with secure access that is free from restrictions and extra costs.”
