In case a vehicle has access restrictions, such as a Secure Gateway, there won’t be any issues!
Our expert will connect via Info Connect 2 and assist you, including unlocking the control unit as a preliminary step before the specific operation you requested.
REMOTE DIAGNOSIS*
Remote diagnosis is the service offered by TEXA for receiving remote assistance on multi-brand diagnostics and more!
It gives you access to additional diagnostic functions or those not yet available in the Diagnostic Software, such as support for complex operations, and much more!

Requirements for accessing the service
Have a TEXA Viewer or a PC solution with Windows 11 or Windows 10 operating system, with active and updated CAR software, connected to a stable internet network.
Have the Info Connect 2 interface.
Have an active TEXPACK CAR and TEX@INFO CAR subscription with the CALL CENTER.
Have a sufficient number of TEXA Points for the requested operation.
