Requirements for accessing the service

Have a TEXA Viewer or a PC solution with Windows 11 or Windows 10 operating system, with active and updated CAR software, connected to a stable internet network.


Have the Info Connect 2 interface.


Have an active TEXPACK CAR and TEX@INFO CAR subscription with the CALL CENTER.

Having signed a REMOTELY SUPPORTED DIAGNOSTIC contract and possessing sufficient TEXA Points for carrying out the specific requested operation.
