Connect the Info Connect 2 interface to the vehicle.
Submit the assistance request through the dedicated portal within the IDC6 Software.
A TEXA operator will connect shortly to assist you.

Secure Gateway unlock or other similar forms of control unit access restriction
Vehicles equipped with DoIP communication protocol
Requirements for accessing the service
Have a TEXA Viewer or a PC solution with Windows 11 or Windows 10 operating system, with active and updated CAR software, connected to a stable internet network.
Have the Info Connect 2 interface.
Have an active TEXPACK CAR and TEX@INFO CAR subscription with the CALL CENTER.
Having signed a REMOTELY SUPPORTED DIAGNOSTIC contract and possessing sufficient TEXA Points for carrying out the specific requested operation.
